- Merchandise must returned within 14 days of the date item/s are received
- Merchandise must be unworn, all tags attached and be returned in original condition with your invoice and completed returns slip
- As merchandise is made to order - please decide on your purchase carefully before placing an order as we do not accept returns for change of mind
- Product exchanges are like for like and subject to availability at the time the item is returned
- Merchandise is eligible for a refund, exchange or grump online credit note depending on circumstances
- Sale merchandise (inclusive of promotion) is not eligible for a refund on change of mind purchases, and if returned, an exchange or grump online credit note will be issued
- For hygeine reasons - earrings cannot be returned or exchanged
- We will not accept items for return/exchange if the care instructions have not been properly adhered to.

- Costs will vary depending on your location and weight of your parcel. Please pack your parcel carefully as damage incurred in transit to grump is the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- Please allow 14 days for return/exchange processing. We will notify you via email when the process is complete
